If you have a need or desire healthy and fit, is the first thing you should consider your diet. Adolescence is a time when young people are aware of their own self-boot image and the way is another.

Thus the time of my life began when I started to check food labels. This gave me a real lesson about words such as corn syrup and high fructose hydrogenised oils. These words were foreign to me at the time, but was the starting point in the path of self-conscious of the foods you eat. What I learned is that simple changes in my diet could help me lose weight and reduce my risk of high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes and heart disease. I mark the years of adolescence, given the time elapsed since the misinformation. I have my share of diet and fasting to the benefit of weight loss, but I’ve since learned that skipping meals helps you lose weight, in fact you end up disrupt the metabolism, making it harder to lose weight.

Second Eat wisely. Do not start the day with empty calories as the high-fat donuts or candy, but eating breakfast with the nutrients and vitamins your body full of yearning. Choose filled with low-fat milk, juice or water instead of the usual coffee with sugar and cream.

Fourth Drink plenty of water. Stay away form of soft drinks (sugar) and even diet drinks. Research has shown that those who consume diet drinks, consuming more calories. There is absolutely nothing more refreshing and hydrating a glass of cool water.

Fifth Reduce processed food. Eat more natural foods minimizes the proportion exposed to artificial chemicals in the body. Frozen packaged foods that say “fat” or “light” are also processed foods, and opting for things like meat and sweet potatoes with real butter, a tasty alternative.

It can be a little more time to check the food labels and find foods that are ideal for your healthy diet, but you’ll see, it’s worth. I can not ignore the importance of exercise in combination with a healthy diet, the key to overall good health is to quit smoking.
